How many times have you heard that you should drink plenty of water? It’s good advice. Water keeps your skin clear and helps curb your appetite so you don’t make a dive for the junk food. Here are some easy ways to enjoy it.
1. Add some flavor.
If plain water is too bland for you, try adding fresh cucumbers, lemons or oranges for an extra splash of flavor.
2. Put down the soda.
Trade in those sugary, sweet drinks for a glass of H2O. If you’re still craving some carbonation, grab a seltzer.
3. Add fruit.
Remember that fruits and veggies heavy in water — like watermelons, peaches, cucumbers, tomato and zucchini — are excellent sources of H2O.
4. Drink in-between meals.
A glass of water before meals may help control your hunger and keep you hydrated.

Keep a reusable bottle at your desk or while you’re on the go — a great reminder to drink up! It also helps you keep track of how much you drink during the day.
