Black History Month 2018

Black History Month MLK graphic

2016 and 2017 were tough years for health justice and equity. In 2018, we are recharged and committed to shining a spotlight on issues that affect communities of color across the nation. We pledge to not only host discussions, but also to work with you to create sustainable solutions that will directly impact and project our communities ahead, helping to close the disparity gap. This year we are unpacking the SOCIAL DETERMINANTS OF HEALTH, external factors that can impact your outcomes in key issues you are used to discussing with us—heart disease, stroke, high blood pressure and stress and celebrating COMMUNITY SOLUTIONS across the United States.
